ATC charges no set up fee. Your customer account can be set within an hour of having received your complete information. ATC follows an appropriate credentialing & due diligence process before you are registered as a client.

Start now:
  1. You must Team Up to become a client. You will have to review, sign and agree to a confidentiality & a services agreement before you are a registered user and can order services with ATC.

  2. You must fax or email all supporting documents that identify you before your ATC account is activated. Your relationship manager will assist you with the set up process.

  3. Once your account is activated, you will receive your Unique ATC code. This code identifies you as a ATC client and will be quoted on all business matters.

  1. Proof of current address - Copy of current phone bill or utility bill listing your name and your current residence.

  2. Proof of Identification - Copy of PAN Card, Voter ID Card, Driving License, Ration Card or Passport.

  3. Proof of ownership for the rental property.
 
 Property Agent / Property Manager:
  1. Proof of Business - Copy of a valid license, MOA and website URL (if any).

  2. Proof of Identification - Copy of PAN Card, Voter ID Card, Driving License, Ration Card or Passport.

  3. Proof of current address - Copy of current phone bill or utility bill listing your name and your current residence.
 
 Real estate consulting company:
  1. Proof of Business Incorporation - Copy of a valid license, MOA and website URL (if any).

  2. Proof of Identification of contact point - Copy of PAN Card, Voter ID Card, Driving License, Ration Card or Passport

  3. Proof of current business address - Copy of current phone bill or utility bill listing company name and company address.
